Description of products and photos

We put all our effort into providing all the necessary information and the best pictures about our products but ... the colors could vary (depending on the season, vegetative state, etc) of the plant and ... as each plant or tree is unique , the sizes and shapes may vary slightly with respect to those of the photos.
All the photos of our products are taken in our nurseries and are updated but if requested we can send photos of any plant or tree in particular. Simply contact us, tell us the products you would like to see, and we will send you the pictures as soon as possible.
We put passion in being able to offer you the best possible information about our products but ... we are human! If you find any information or product with errors, we would be grateful if you send us an e-mail informing us.


All prices on our website are final prices with all taxes included. Shipping costs are not included in the prices of the products. We reserve the right to modify the prices if the situation requires it but we will NEVER change the prices of the products of an order already processed or paid.


All our plants and trees are presented in black standard nursery pots, unless otherwise indicated. In products descriptions or size selection, you will se different capacities for the pots: 25 Liters, 45 Liters, 70 Liters, etc. It refers to the total capacity of soil that the pot can contain.

Once you place an order on our website, we understand that the customer has read the description of the product, including the conditions of the plants and that are in accordance with the prices shown. Once we receive your order, we must confirm it before making the payment so you will NOT be charged anything before the order is confirmed by us and we have clarified (if necessary), any questions that may arise regarding the plant, to your shipment, etc.

Can I cancel or modify an order?

Yes, you can. If you want to cancel or modify your order for any reason, you can do it before the plants have left our nurseries. To cancel or modify orders that have already been dispatched, read our "returns" section. The amount of cancellations of products that have not been shipped will be returned in full during the following 15 working days.

Call us by phone at +34 663596370 or write us an email to viverium@asejar.com as soon as possible, so that we can process the cancellation with the highest possible speed and be able to process a new order with the modifications made.

Our customer service hours are from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. from Monday to Friday.


Due to the nature of our products (living beings), we can not accept returns unless the plants arrive in very bad condition. In that case, contact us as soon as possible (before a week) and send photos of the plant to viverium@asejar.com

It is important to understand that trees and plants can suffer stress during travel. Changes in temperature also affect them and they may lose some leaves during the journey or some small branches may break. This is normal, don't panic. The tree is in a good condition, just need a lot of love to acclimate to its new home.

No acceptance of an order

We wish it never to happen but, at some point, it may be the case that we do not accept an order for any of the following reasons:

The product is not available. Despite being available on the web, it is possible that our technicians advise not to authorize their sales for different reasons (current state of the plant, pests, etc.). In that case you will be provided with an alternative with similar characteristics.

Your payment has not been received or has not been processed correctly. It is essential to have received the payment to be able to confirm and dispatch your order.

Restrictions of shipment by size or volume. We will not confirm orders for plants and trees that require specialized transportation until you have confirmed the shipping conditions and their special characteristics.
